Summary
Amends the:
Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
and
A New Tax System (Family Assistance) (Administration) Act 1999
in relation to correspondence and payment nominees; and
Social Security Act 1991
to extend carer payment eligibility to carers of terminally ill profoundly disabled children.
